Frittata Recipe

4-5 cups of eggs (about 2 dozen)
1 small Spanish onion
1 small bell pepper
8 button mushrooms
12 links of breakfast sausage
2 slices of ham
1 large pinch of parsley
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
softened butter

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Butter your pan to help prevent the eggs from sticking.
3. Sautee any veggies you’d like to use in the frittata (onion, bell pepper, mushrooms). Add salt and pepper to flavor.
4. Combine veggies, sausage, ham, shredded cheese, parsley, salt & pepper, and eggs in pan. Mix all ingredients well.
5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
6. Cover with plastic wrap and foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
7. Enjoy! 🙂
